My Golden Cake recipe :P

Asalam alaikum,

Ingredients:

For mesurement -----------------1 barha coffee mug

1-Meyda (white flour)-------------1 mug

2-Sugar (jitna aap ko pasand ho) -mey half mug daalti hun

3-baking powder-------------------7g

4-Eggs---------------------------- 3

5-Oil-------------------------------1 mug

6-choclate powder------------------2 tbs

7-dry fruits jo bhi aap ko pasand hon- thorey sey....crushed

Method:

Sab sey pehley andon ko achi tarhan beat karein, bohot achi tarhan beat kerna hai 5 mins almost

phir is mey aap cheeni daalein aur dobara sey achi tarhan beat karein

phir is mey baking powder daalein aur phir beat karein

phir is mey aik aik chamach ker key Meyda daalein aur beat kerti jayein

ab is mey pehley half oil daalein aur beat karein aur phir baki ka oil daal ker beat karein

ab saaari cheezein mix ho gayi hein theek

ab issey aap ney baking pan mey daalna hai aur uper sey choclate powder daal ker ussey aik folk chala dein aur uper sey dry fruits daal lein

ab aap ney pre heated oven ( 170 C per 10 min ) mey rakh dein temp. 170 C hi rakhein aur issey bake honey dein 30-40 mins tak


lijiye mazzey daar cake tayyar hai :D




ye recipe mey ney kal try ki thi aur aik dam superb rahi :D asal mey butter beat kerna mujhey bilkul nahi pasand to is baar us ki ker di chutti aur us ki jaga liya Oil ;)
