    Assalam alaikum Friends.....:salam: :rose
    December ke month ke lea Kabab competition rakha hai..moun me paane to nahi aa gaya :lpop: .....aap kabab ke yummy aur different tareeke ham sab ke saath share kare......Aap sab ke sharing ka intezaar rahe ga.....:phool:
    Competition ke last date 25 dec hai.....best of luck...

    Here is my entry ....
    Chicken Kabab


    Chapli kabab


    Ingredients :
    gohst ka keema 1/2 kilo
    bread slices 8peices
    black paper 2tsp
    chinese salt 1tsp
    salt 2tsp
    garm masala powder 1tsp
    red chili powder 1tsp
    toast /double rote ka chora
    egg (fried karnay k liye)
    oil for deep fry

    Method:
    1-keema main sub Ingredients dal den (black paper, salt, chinese salt, gram masala , chilies powder)
    2-ab bread k slices ko pani main dip kar k phir pani sey nikal kar slices main sey pani nikal leen aur keema main dal den
    3-ab ek plate main bread crumbes dal kar keema k goley banayen aur bred crumbs main rkhen aur press karen ur patley patley kabab k shape dey den.
    4-egg min dip karen aur fry karen .
    5-ab tomato ketchup k sath khayen mazedar chaple kabab tayar ha

      Murgh Malai Kebab
      Cooking time : 20 Minutes

      Serves 2

      Ingredients:
      Chicken 200 gms boneless, cut into cubes
      Fresh cream 3 tbspns
      Yogurt 2 tbspn beaten
      Black pepper powder 1/2 tspn
      Garam masala powder 1 tspn
      Red chillies 3 nos soaked in a little oil
      Cheese 3 tbspns grated
      Green papaya skin 1 tbspn chopped finely
      Salt use as required
      Capsicum 2 nos cut into cubes

      Method:

      1. Grind the red chillies with the oil to a fine paste.
      2. In a basin mix the chicken with the cream, cheese, papaya skin, red chilly paste, salt, pepper powder, yogurt and the garam masala powder.
      3. Mix thoroughly and allow to stand overnight.
      4. Insert a skewer into a chicken piece followed by a piece of capsicum, followed again by a chicken piece. Do this until all the chicken pieces and the capsicum are used up .
      5. Cook in a tandoor oven till the chicken pieces are cooked . Remove and serve hot on a bed of shredded cabbage.
      Heat the griller to about 150 degree centigrade. Keep the skewer with the chicken pieces and cook for about 10 minutes. Serve hot.


      BEEF KABAB(Grill)
      Ingrediants: 1 1/2 lbs. beef steak, cut into cubes 1 sm. red or white onion cut into cubes 12 cherry tomatoes 1 bell pepper, cut in cubes 12 fresh mushrooms
      Method
      Alternate pieces of meat with onion, tomatoes, peppers, and mushrooms. Have grill ready and heated. Place skewers on grill, turning occasionally until meat is cooked to medium and vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Baste occasionally during grilling with sauce mixture. Let skewers cool about 1 minute. Remove onto plates with a fork. Serve the Kababs over Rice Pilaf.

        Ingrediants
        Boneless Chiecken 500gm
        1 c. yogurt1 egg2 tsp.
        Gram flour (this flour should be fried to a light brown color in a little oil)1/4 tsp.
        cardamom powder1/4 tsp.
        cinnamon powder1/4 tsp.
        cumin powder.
        Method
        Blend all these and marinate boneless chicken pieces for at least 6 hours. Cook in an oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Or put them in a skewer and cook over a grill.

        Banno Kebab
        Cooking time: As Required
        Ingredients :
        Chicken boneless pieces 350 gms
        Ginger- garlic paste 1 tbsp
        Salt 2 tsp
        Oil 2 tbsp
        Chopped garlic 1/2 tsp
        Chopped ginger 1/2 tsp
        Chopped green chillies 1/2 tsp
        Besan 1 tsp
        Yellow chilli powder 1/2 tsp
        Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
        Milk 100 ml
        Hung curd 2 1/2 tbsp
        Javitri - elaichi powder 1/4 tsp
        Kasoori methi 1/2 tsp
        Lemon juice 1 tsp
        Salt To taste
        For Egg coating :
        Beaten egg 1 no
        Chopped cashew nuts 1 1/2 tbsp
        Chopped coriander 1/2 tsp
        Saffron dissolved in water 2 tsp
        Butter, melted 1 tbsp
        Chat masala 1 1/2 tsp
        Lacha salad 50 gms
        Mint chutney 30 gms

        Method:
        1-Marinate chicken pieces with ginger - garlic paste and salt for 30 minutes. Keep aside.
        2-In a pan take 2 tbsp oil and add chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies, cook for a minute and 3-Add 1 tbsp besan and cook till besan is cooked.
        4-Now add yellow chilli powder, turmeric powder and cook. Add 100 ml milk and mix. Remove from fire and transfer it to a bowl.
        5-To this add hung curd, javitri - elaichi powder, kasoori methi, lemon juice and salt.
        6-Add marinated chicken pieces and mix well.
        7-Skewer the chicken pieces closely and shape with hands. (4 skewer)
        8-Cook in pre heated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and increase the temperature of oven.
        9-Beat egg with saffron; add chopped nuts & coriander mix well.
        10-Coat this egg mixture on cooked chicken skewers, put the skewers once again in the oven for coloring and cook until egg is cooked.
        11-Remove from oven and baste the chicken with butter and sprinkle chat masala. Serve with mint chutney and lacha salad.

              MARINATED SHISH KABAB

              cubes per person sirloin steak, very lean, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes2 sm.
              fresh potatoes, parboiled, per skewer3-4
              whole buttered mushrooms per skewer2 sm.
              onions per skewer3-4 pieces
              green pepper per skewer3-4 pieces firm ripe tomatoes, quartered, or whole Tiny Tims, per skewer2 sm.
              pieces corn on cob, parboiled, per skewer1 sm. can crunchy water chestnuts
              Melted butter6-8 individual sized skewers
              Marinate steak cubes in beef marinade.
              Have your coals in the grill hot - to the ash-grey stage - before you begin cooking. Cut vegetables evenly and neatly for equal doneness and attractiveness. Grease skewers ahead of time and rub with a piece of garlic to ease in spearing and to add flavor. Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers as desired. Top skewer with a water chestnut to help hold them firm. Broil kababs about 5-6 inches above coals, turning often. Baste meat during cooking with the remaining marinade. Baste vegetables with the melted butter. Cook about 6 or 7 minutes to each side. Remove ingredients from skewer with a fork, gently. While you are cooking this you can also spear "Brown 'n Serve" rolls, brush with butter, and warm. This is an easy way for the hostess to serve them and is in keeping with the atmosphere. Serves 6.

                AFLATOON KABAB

                1 lb. ground beef
                3-4 green chilies
                1/4 tsp. red chili powder
                1 tsp. poppy seeds2 tsp.
                chopped cilantro2 tsp.
                gram flour
                1 eggWax paper for wrapping
                1 onion, fried
                1/2 tsp. baram masala (hot spices)
                5 almonds1 tsp.
                coconut2 tsp.
                yogurt3/4 tsp. salt
                METHOD
                Grind the fried onions. Chop green chilies. Grind almond, poppy seeds and coconut together. Marinate all the ingredients, except gram flour and egg, together for one hour. Then add egg and gram flour and mix well. Shape into little hot dogs and wrap in the wax paper. Twist and turn on both sides. Deep fry.

                  Lubnani Kabab

                  Cooking time : 25

                  Serves 4-6

                  Ingredients:
                  beef mince 1kg
                  mashed boiled potatoes 1/2 cup
                  mashed boiled peas 1/2 cup
                  mashed boiled macaronis 1/2 cup
                  salt & red chili powder to taste
                  garlic paste 1/4 tsp.
                  salt 1/2 tsp. for mince
                  coriander leaves few sprigs
                  1 egg
                  bread crumbs for coating

                  Method:

                  1-Boil mince with salt and garlic paste. Cook and dry
                  2-Add rest of the ingredients except egg and crumbs.
                  3-Blend in a processor to make a fine mince.
                  4-Shape into cylindrical kababs coat with eggs & crumbs.
                  5-Deep fry & serve hot .

                      aloo boil karain , chilka utaar kay mash kar laian(grinder main mash nahi karna)....pher is main namak, lal mirch, haldi, sokha dhania pesa howa, garam masal pesa howa, imli ka paste,sabz mirch or hara dhania kaat kay dalain...sab masalye mix kar kar us kay gool ya lambi shape kay kabab bana laian .................
