Ingredients:
1.Boneless Chicken (cut in small cubes)…………1 kg
2.Carrot (peeled and chopped)………....1 large
3.Seedless black olives (chopped)……...10 in number
4.Onion (peeled and chopped)………….1 medium size
5.Tomato puree…………………………1 cup
6.Ajwain leaves (chopped)……………..1/4 tsp
7.Salt……………………………….……to taste
8.White pepper………………………..…to taste
9.Olive oil.………………………………1/4 cup
10.Boiled rice…………………………….3 cup
Method:
1-Pour oil in a pan.
2-Heat oil for few minutes and fry chicken pieces on medium fire till the pieces get golden brown.
3-Add carrot, onion, ajwain leaves, salt and white pepper in same pan.
4-Cook for 10 minutes.
5-Now add tomato puree and black olives in pan. Cover pan with lid.
6-Leave pan on stove till chicken gets cooked completely.
7-Serve hot with boiled rice.
