    Sweet Dish Competition kay liye Voting shro honay ka din bhi aa gaya:D:

    Strawberry Mousse
    Servings (4-5 persons)


    Cooking Time (10 minutes)

    Ingredients
    Strawberries 300 gram Cream (Malai (or baalaee)) 2 packet Milk (Doodh) condensed 1/2 packet gelatin powder 3 tablespoon Strawbarry Essence 1/2 teaspoon Milk (Doodh) 1 cup

    Method
    Take the strawberries and blend with half cup of the milk. Make a smooth paste. Heat the other half-cup of milk and add gelatin powder stir till it thickens. Beat the cream till it doubles its size. Add the condensed milk, gelatin mixture and blended strawberries. Mix well. Refrigerate till the mixture thickens and sets. Garnish with whipped cream and strawberry halves.

    aik bartan main kushak doodh ,baking powder , anda or oil milla kay achi taraha goundh laian ...10 min key leye usay aisay reakh daian ...pher us ki choti choti gool tikyan bana kay doodh main daal daian ...aancah darmeyani reakhian ....pher pak jaian (almost 10-15 lagtay hian isay paknay main) to dish main daal kay oper say pistay katay hovey chirak daian ...

    Gulab Jaman

    Ingredients: -
    khushk doodh : 1 cup (powder milk)
    Anday (eggs) : 2
    Soojhi (semolina) : 2 table spoon
    Miada ( flour) : 2 tea spoon
    ghee ( butter) : 2 table spoon
    baking powder : ek tea spoon
    Sheera (sugar syrup) : 2-3 glass (should not be very thick)
    choti ilaichi 2-3 pcs

    Method :

    sab se pehley andon ko ko achi tarah beat lain, phir is mei bari bari sari chizein shamil ker kai achi tarah mix ker lai ( baking powder ko maiday mei mila ker mix karein ) ab is aamaizey ko achi tarah gondh lain yeh aatey ki tarah sakaht nahi hona chahiye, bas itna soft ke aaram se golian ban jayein. ab fry pan mei oil halka sa garam karein aur golian daal dain, (ghee zada garam nahi hona chahiyeh werna yeh oil mei daltey hi brown ho jayein gai aur andar se sakht reh jayein gai) fry kertey huwey inhein lagataar hilatey rahein, phir pan se nikal ker 5 minute bahir rakhein dorsi tarah sheera garam karein aur is mei chand daney ilaichi daal ker pakney dain aur 5 min baad gulab jaamn is mei daal dain . ek yaan do josh aaney per aagh halki ker dain aur dhakan rakh ker kam az kam 15-20 mintues halki aanch per pakney dain, takey sheera achi tarah jazb ho jayeh. Phir ek bowl mei daal ker slice kiyeh huwey badam, pistey yaan coconut se garnish ker lain.



    Sada custard

    1 chamach custard powder
    2,3 ilachi

    isay zaida nahi pakatay sirf 2,3 ubal kafi hain ....
    or nikalatay hain garam hawa nikal jaye to jis plate main sajana hai us main daal daian ...warna yeh thandi hoo kay jamna shuru hoo jati hai ...thori garhi hoo jati hai oper say badam, pista bareek kaat kay daal laian ....


    yeh thori banye gee aik glass ka andaza main nay bataya hai ..zaida bananai hai to 2 glass or har cheez double kar laian ....us say zaida bananai hai to har cheez ko usi hissab say double kartay jain .....
    aik or tip bataoun kay yeh sada custard hai is main main nay kuch nahi dala is leye yeh garhi honi chaye ...har cheez ka chamach bhar bhar kay dalna hai

    agar cake dalna hai to us ki bhi same recipe hai ...bas woh zaida garhi nahi hoti .....plate main cake bicha daytay hain or chuolaye say custard utaratay hi cake kay oper foran daal daytay hain ...takay cake usay achi taraha jazb kar lay ....
