Adrak ko oil main brown ker lain. Jab adrak brown ho jaai to os main chicken dal dain or chicken ko achi terhan fry kerrain. Phir aap is main nimak, kali mirach, lal mirach, sokha dhaniya, haldi, or Chinese salt dal ker fry kerain. Phir is main tamater dal dain. Jab tamater gal jaai to soy sauce dal dain. Jab soy sauce ka paani khushk ho jaai to dahi beat ker kai dal dain. Jab dahi ka pani khushk ho jaai or oil sides per aana shuro ho jaai tp pissa howa garam masala, sabz dhaniya, sabz mirach dal ker 2-3 minutes dam per rakhain. Or phir serve kerain.
