salam alaikum

kisi ko lassi banani aati hai??

shayad apni zindagi mey aik do baar hi lassi pee ho :(

leykin aaj meyra bohot dil chah raha hai peeney ko ....magar mujhey bana ni nahi aati

ye rahi recipe:

Lassi:

3/4 cup yoghurt, 2 cup water, 1/4 tsp salt

mix in a blender for 1-2 min, until smooth fluffy. serve with ice cubes...makes 2cup.....

Variation:

For mint lassi.......add 8-10 fresh mint leaves before blending.
For sweet lassi.......Add 4 tsp suger and 1/4 tsp rose water before blending and dont put salt

grainder main dahi, doodh, or cheeni or baraf ko graind kar laian ......pher glass main daal kay jhag bhi nikli hoo gee is ki ,thandi thandi mazaye say peeian

zaida garhi nahi pasand to pani daal laian .....or jo cheez kam lagay woh or add kar daian .....yeh buhat mazaye ki banti hai try to kar kay deekhian :wk
