    Now are these days people are suffering from leanness due to certain reasons. Leanness means slim body with no muscle power and feeling weak. Most of time people feel stress due to their body physique and structure. Also some people getting difficulty to improve their health by gaining weight. This article will help out how to gain weight and how we can prevent ourselves from leanness.


    Before starting debate that how to gain weight or prevent from leanness, first we should must know which type of things that are useful to gain weight; and which things can prevent us from leanness or slim body. We should also know the proper uses of these things in order to get desire output. Often People start to gaining weight but most of them don’t know the proper use of relevant things for particular problem.


    Fiber and protein are important ingredients in our daily life. These two things are necessary to makes our muscles healthy and strong. As we need to strong our muscle rather to gain over weight and look fat/bulky. It is therefore we need to know those things that contain fiber and proteins. These are some items that contain high fiber in our diet. Make a schedule and use these in daily life routine. We also need to inform our children about these things that contain fiber and protein. Best way is to make a chart and display in your kitchen or can buy a complete list from market of vegetables and fruits that contains proteins, vitamins, fiber etc.




    Before starting your diet plan in daily life first make sure you are medical fit and free from stress or depression, because they play vital roles on our health and its fitness. Make sure your digestive system works properly. Because if stomach doesn’t work properly and an individual facing indigestion than both can cause leanness or weak body structure.
    Try to develop eating habits on time and proper. Most of people shows carelessness in their meals and don’t chew proper. Such diet that doesn’t chew proper has negative impact on our body although you are taking protein and fiber contains diet. Always gives proper time to your meal and eat properly and slowly with manners.
    From medical point of view exercise is an important way to makes your body fir and healthy either you are fat or slim, because it helps to burn food process and absorb proteins and fiber in muscles. Make a schedule of exercise in your daily life because if you are fit then your activities and output will also be improved.
    Maximum use fresh vegetables and fruits especially mentioned in upper given table in your daily diet in proper quantity. Also use salad in your diet contains vegetables, cream, or fruit.
    Avoid using those things are contains artificial proteins and vitamins especially teenagers. Because it also contains side effects that presents after certain period of time.
    Milk is very important ingredient of our diet especially in breakfast. Use regularly pure form of fresh milk because it improves mucus or phlegm. It also contains vitamins that make our bones healthy and strong. Teenager or growing age babies should use on regular bases with particular quantity. Avoid using cold milk but boiled.
    Grain is also important to become strong and healthy because it contains proteins that provide energy to our body. Some products that contain grains ingredients are bread, cereal, biscuits, cornbread, raisin bread, bagels, pasta, rice etc.
    Use best quality cooking oils rather cheap; because health has more importance rather money. So always use branded and best quality cooking oil.
    Always be happy and avoid taking stress and depression. Both have negative impact on our health. Always find ways to handle stress or depression. If we are mentally strong then automatically we can do what we want to do. But if we are mentally disturb than it is difficult even to get proper output. Always ready to fight against problems and difficulties of life. Live simple and avoid complexities in your life.
    Don’t spoil yourself by using drugs, alcohol sex related activities. Think positive and get positive response in reward.
    For young children eating soil is a major cause of leanness. Be aware of children activities and also their irregularity of diet can cause leanness.
