Do u think, if ur eyes don't work properly then what happens? so v mst take care of our eyes by acting upon these rules.
1. To avoid disturbing glare, b sure that, the lite is on ur work, not in ur field of vision. Read wid ur back to da lite not facing it.
2. Avoid rubbing ur eyes.
3. About every 6 to 8 months have ur eyes checked.
4. When u watch TV the distance from TV must b 8 to 10 feet.
Our eyes need vitamin. These vitamins r listed below:
VITAMIN A:
Present in egg yolk, cheese, milk and butter.
VITAMIN B:
Present in beef, yeast, beans.
VITAMIN C:
Present in vegetables and fresh juices.
VITAMIN D:
Present in animal fat and sunshine.
