This is a simple technique which i read in a book. I have tested it and it works perfect. A must try.
It's better to use a room in which you can hear noises. You can sit or lay down to perform this technique. Close your eyes and try to concentrate on each sound individually. Like if your generator is on concentrate on that, if birds are making sound hear and concentrate on that. In the same way try to concentrate on every sound you can hear and now try to hear all the sounds simultaneously . You can do this exercise for about 5-10min, after the exercise open your eyes you'll feel refreshed and this will definitely increase your concentration power.
