Write in a journal every day. Even if you can only spare a
couple of minutes, write about your day, ideas you had,
where you went, what you did, how you felt in certain
situations and how you could have handled things
differently. Just write until you feel like you have the
stress of the day off your chest. Once you have completed
how you feel go back over it and read again, what you
wrote. By reading it, you can than put in more perspective
and it sometimes will look a lot different to you than it
did earlier.
