Take out a note pad and pen and write a list of all your
strong points. Keep writing for at least 30 minutes. Write
down everything even if it seems small. Whenever you are
feeling self doubt about your abilities, take out your list
and read it. Think of yourself as a strong, self confident
person. Push negative thoughts away and tell yourself no, I
will not allow myself to think this way. You must take
responsibility for your own life. If you follow these
exercises, your self confidence will rise.
