Learn how to stay calm when someone tries to make you
angry. Count to ten or fifty if needed. Take deep breaths
to calm your nerves. Do something you enjoy like reading,
or physical activity to help work out the frustration and
get over it. Take a long hot bath, listen to music, scream
into a pillow. Go for a walk in the park. Just do whatever
you need to do to get over the anger and get back on track.
Find the techniques that work best for you and each time
you find yourself getting angry, you can go back and do
these things to calm down.

"Learn to love change. If you appreciate that as much good
comes from change as bad, you will avoid the concerns that
many people seem to have about it. Relax and be open to
change when it visits."
