  • Know how to relax

    Do you find yourself having anxiety attacks that seem to
    last forever? Do you feel afraid to go out and enjoy life
    because you don't know if you will have an attack? This can
    be caused by not knowing how to relax.

    Before you go out, take a few minutes to sit in a
    comfortable chair, breath in deeply and exhale and say, I
    am relaxed, I am at peace with myself, I have confidence in
    myself. Sit still and keep breathing deeply until you feel
    no stress and are completely relaxed. When you get up to go
    shake out your legs and arms and roll your head back and
    forth. Now you are ready to go out and face the world. You
    can do it.
