India’s first 360-degree rooftop bar opened at the Four Seasons Hotel in Worli on Friday, December 11. The bar, which is named Aer, is on the 34th floor of the five star hotel and allows Mumbaikars to view the sun set, and see spectacular views of the sea, the racecourse, mills, skyscrapers, apartment blocks, and the Bandra-Worli Sealink, from a spot never available until now in Mumbai.
Covering the entire rooftop of the hotel, it took eight months to build the bar that seats 80, with capacity for another 50 people standing. Accessed via a glass-panelled staircase from the posh hotel club rooms, Aer has been fitted out with stylish weatherproof durable furniture of white sofas, stools and tables with glowing white neon lights.
