27th March-1977 -both above aircrafts - PanAm Boeing 747, and KLM Boeing 747 were waiting for take off permission from ATC on Los Rodeos Airport on the Spanish island of Tenerife. After getting permission from ATC both aircraft moved around simoultanously towards runway -30. But due to misconception of piolts of both aircrafts and ATC (Air trafic control) and some fog on runway-30, the aircraft collided on the runway while departing. KLM Boeing 747's Captain Van Zantin initiated a takeoff without permission while the Pan American aircraft was using the same runway to taxi out for departure. Around 588 pessengers including crew members were died in this collision, the second biggest air disaster in the history of aviation.
