In a session where police officials were briefing their response time, Germans told that they receive the report of a robbery in 5 minutes and nab the rober in 10 minutes.
Next were the American's they said that a robbery gets reported in 4 minutes and the robber is caught in 8 minutes.
The Scotaland yard proudly explained that a robber in nabbed within 5 minutes of robbery.
When it came to Pakistan police, they criticised these police departments for such innefficient work. They explained that we(Pakistan police) come to know about a robbery two days before it occurs, nab the robber a day before robbery and release him a few hours before his scheduled time.
