Ghussa is HARAM !!!

per mujhay ghussa buhat burra atta hai!!! my blood-pressure goes down and that time no urdu just ENG only no matter pplz get me or not. I'm very bad at it !!! than i try to start reading surahs and will change my positions and so on. Man Damn it!!! pplz sort of scared from me also...now !
i wish to change me this temper !!!

Though Ghussa is Haram, but to some extant it is involentary i.e. no one has control over it until and unless our will power is involved. I'm failed to find the chemistry involved in your B.P., mostly it goes up on this occasion :khi: its quite strange.

To overcome the situation, drink a glass of cold water and with your eyes closed, remember some of funny stuff posted by Jhumroo :lpop:

Well you may adopt any way you like to low down your temper...but try to overcome it...as it shows nothing but internal weakness.
