Mera pata nahi hota ke time ki situation kia he. Abi last puray week se mein full time PG pe in hoon, but maybe mujay aglay chand aik roz mein out of country bhi jana par jaye aur phir mein kai din k liye gaib ho jaoon. Tumhara combination aanchal ke saath best he. I will be there to support you people

Sub se pehlay to mein aap sub dooston ko jinhoon ne participate kia mubarakbaad dena chahon ga k Puray PG mein aap loogon ki waja se roonak lag gai. Yeh aik prototype idea tha Aanchal ka jo ke aik success sabit hua aur aap loogon ki kawashon ke bagair yeh idea implement kabi na ho pata.

Doosri baat aati he voting method ki jahan pe different people different views wala moamla he. I guess jahan Aanchal ne competition ke layout ko discuss kia tha wahan per usay polls ko bhi discuss ker lena chahiye tha. We must give some space to other's ideas but honestly and nothing wrong with Aanchal's intention as I know her from head to toe. So please don't ruin the spirit of your work you people have done owing to polling method.

Le'ts consider it a beginning and beginning is never perfect. Next time sub agenda's pre-settled hoon ge to conduct smooth competition.

Yahan pe mujay aik aur cheez imbalanced lagi aur jis ko imbalance kerne mein hum voters ka bhi haath he. Wo cheez yeh he ke hum voters ki bhi aik tendency he (but at the same time I wouldn't regard it partiality) ke hum kuch particular sections mein sticky rehtay hein. I can see a post by Gambler on mobile jo mujay bohat aala lagi, and as Azeem claimed that he posted several dozens threads but I never bothered to visit those sections at to evaluate the merit of the threads. Main ne usi team ko vote dia jis team ko mein dekhta raha ya jis team ke threads perhta raha. Though idea was not bad to stimulate the whole forum at a time, lekin yeh competition ke takazon per pura uterney wala idea na tha. Competition mein aik team ka ya ziada team ko aapis mein direct interaction hota he aur wo aik he dimension mein compete kerte hein. Her aik team ke liye aik absolute environment hona chahiye. Yahan hamein aik team nazar aa rahi thi lekin mukabla nazar nahi aa raha tha. Is tarah jo deegar sections ko visit kerte hein unhoon ne apne section mein ke janay wali post ki base per vote kiye hoon ge I guess. Yahan per Team A win kerti dikhai de rahi he, lekin yeh bhi ho sakta he ke team B, C ya D mein kisi team ne Team A se kahin ziada achi effort put ki ho but was not rewarded accordingly.

Mera aik viewpoint he ke jub bhi next time competition ho ga to sabi teams ko aik jesay mahool mein compete kerna ho ga. Na ke kuch teams ko dead sections de diye jaein jahan wo ziada magaz maari ker ke bhi deserved result na hasil ker paein.

lakin eik baat mein arz karta chalon kay mein iss polling se 100% satisfied hoon.. iss compitation mein team A aur Team B ko apni jaga sahi vote milay hain kyun kay in kay under jazba aur lagan thi baaki mein aur gambler bhai nay solo kaam kiya aur gambler ki bhi meinay posts parhi thi jo achi thi ma'yari bhi thi.. aur third kay lie deserve kartay...

mein tanqeed aur akhtelaaf ko burra nahi samjhta yeh sub members ko haq hasil hai kay vo tanqeed karein saath mashwara bhi dein .. aap ki muje baat achi lagi kay aap nay jahan tanqeed ki agay uss ka mashwara bhi diya.. eik baat ki kay jab bhi is tarah muqabla ho vahan agenda's pre-settled hoon aur iss mein bhi agree karta hoon.. dosri baat jo thefire nay ki kay asal mein compitation ka maqsad halchul karna thi aur vo kisi hadd tak hum sub kamiyab rahe.. aur sub nay apni contribution ki...

yeh forum lagta tu aisa hai jo bahut porana hai lakin yeh bhi lagta hai kay compitations abhi jese ho rahe hoon.. iss mein her week koi na koi compitations hotay rahin tu acha hai.. aur khud ba khud rules ban jain gay...

Yaa phir aisa bhi hosakta hay kay kisi aik hi section main competition hoo, aur uss per voting hoo, kuch parameters set kiye jaa saktay hain jasiay

1. Quality.
2. Innovative thinking of the thread poster for bringing up some hot issue which require everyone's attention.
3. Quantity with quality.
4. Thread posters responses on discussions/questions arise in the thread.
etc etc

Jese yeh Aanchal ka prototype idea tha waise he yeh aap ki bhi prototype thinking he ke aap mukablay se ziada contribute kerna chahtay hein. Ager competition ki fiza ho gi to members isay ziada enjoy karein ge. Aisa bhi to ho sakta he ke live and dead section mein sub competitors equally participate karein, ta ke voters aik rationalize decision dein
