Motivation is something i.e. related to Action... and Inspiration is related to Feelings... the simplst definition I have ever read for Motivation and Inspiration was "Inspiration gets you started. Motivation keeps you going"
or jo tum keh rahi ho ke koi apni life mein in dono ki absecne feel kar raho tu kya kare... inspiration is not selfesteem ya self confidance jis ki kami se personality traits mein koi error aaye... its a choice....
and in case of Motivation: it is a decision making process, through which one chooses the desired outcomes for his/her set goals.... yups, is kumi aap ke set goals ko affect kar sakti hai... but as a second person no one can help u in getting motivated... External motivation is not as long lasting and as good as internal motivation... the inside PUSH helps u more than outside PUSH.. to improve ur inside PUSH.. first u need to train ur mind by working on ur slef talk... self talk bauaht important role play karti hai humari life mein... if u have ur self talk in ur control u can do wonders...! : )
