hope u all are doing

list the 3 things that affects your efficiency at work : $ and why??

Mine are:
1. Internet: me ko kuch search kar rahi ho tu me bus jub tak us cheez ka best nahi mil jaaye search karti rehti ho.... my boss tells me: "dont let the best be the enemy of the good" ..:$
2. Mobile: I cant concentrate on my work when my mobile is rining :$
3. sea: me ki office se dikhta howa sea... me jis din window open rakho tu me koi kaam hi na kar paati :$

ahan !! hamari umeed nay kitni pyari si thread banayii...
but i am extremely sorry i have no idea about those affects that directly process at my working desk,many times my friends interrupt my work but i don't think its something serious or any kind of affect...
and the last umeed app aisi thread say hum sab ko aisa message dey rahi hain kay app aik honihar girl aur friendly member hain...

senior members ka rwaya-jab woh yeh smjhein ke woh jo kuch krna chate hein, ker sakte hein!!!!!!!!!!!!jesse mere room mein, papers ka aik boht barra dher.smjhtein hein ke mein sambhaal duhn gi..aaj kel agger koi chor jai to woh seede bin mein jaate hein!!!!aur jab unhein jo kaam krna hota he, woh nahi kerte!!!!!!!jese teen mah ho chukke building ki chaabi(fob) mujh se kho gya, abhi tak Senior leadership team mein se koi banda, building team se na le ker de ska!!!!

jabh mera resources tyaar krne ka waqt hota he..to meri colleagues smjhtee hein yeh guppein haanknein k awaqt he!mein resources tyaar krne per concentrate nahi ker sakti....ulta sakht chir hoti he un logouhn se!!!!!!

jabh mein kuch decesions khud nahi le sakti.....aur boss uss cheez ko Ok nahi ler paate kiyuhn ke unhuhn ne asal masle ko qareeb se dekha hi nahi hota to unhein kiya maloom iss ka solution kiya hona chhye!!!

aur bhi boht hein...abh mein apni rant khtam kerti huhn!!!!!!

behan itefaaq ki baat hai jese internet, mobile aur sea aap kay kaam mein rukawat paida kartay hain..... lakin meray pass internet, mobile na hoon tu mujh se kaam nahi hota.......

2. Water shortage
3. Polution in air - often created by bosses who love to smoke in offices.

All above are the major factors of every common men's efficiency in Pakistan, and I hope some serious steps are taken to overcome these problems.
