    Assalaam-O-alaikum

    Aik aur thread khaas mardoon kay naam.....

    Jaisa kay hum jaantay hain aur bohat say logon nay aitiraaf bhi kia hay kay MARD behtreen CHEF hotay hain....

    Aayey hum sab apnay apnay banayay howay khanoon ki tarkeeb share kartay hain yeh unn sab logon kay liye bohat mufeed saabit ho saktii hain jo bayroon-e-mulk zindagi basar kar rahay hain.......!!!

    Main apni RECIPE aap say jald hi share karoon ga :)

    Bhai bohat acha thread lagay hai,

    as such koi recipe tu nahi hain , yaad nahi rahtein agar hoon bhi tu lolzz,,,

    mujhay bhi shooq hai cooking ka, aur mein zayada tar goshat khoor sabit howa hoon ,
    tu meri fav. dish Goat karahi hai, jo mein Alhamdulillah bohat achi bana leta hoon :$
    waisay, lamb, chicken aur beaf waghaira bhi banata hoon.
    thori bohat sabzyan bhi bana leta hoon lekin wo wali jin per zayada waqat na lagay aur mostly frozen vegz hi banata hoon : $

    Rice biryani bhi khanay mein achi lagati hai tu es liye wo bhi bana leta hoon.

    yeh recipez sab dishes ki secret hain lolzz, actually baat yeh hai keh mein jab khud bana raha hoon tu sikha sakta hoon lekin likh ker doon ga tu ho sakta hai wo taste na aye : D

      Aap apni recipe zaroor share karain, ab hum nay kaun sa paka kar aap ko khilaana hay yeh batanay kay liye kay taste kijyey janab :lol


      Meri jaanib say pehli recipe aap ki khidmat main!

      Iss Dish ka naam main nay khudh select kia hay

      RAMBA-SAMBA :lol

      Aksar ghar main pichlay dinn ka khana bach jaata hay tou main ussay RAMBA-SAMBA kar daita hoon!


      Ingridients:
      1 adad piyaz (Onion)
      2 adad tamatar (Tomato)
      3 Oil hasb-e-zaroorat piyaz laal karnay ka liye (canola Oil mostly I use)
      4 Adrak aur Lassan ka paste (Agar na ho tou alag alag adrak aur lassan kaat saktay hain)
      5 Namak (Hasb-e-zaiqa)
      6 Vegitable stock (Meggi preferable)
      7 Dhaniya aik gaddi
      8 Hari Mirch 5 adad
      9 garam peesa hua masala, kooti hoyee lal mirch, haldi aur pissa hua dhania (sab 2 spoon)
      7 Yeh item bohat khaas hay :lol yaani bachi hoyee sabzi, daal, gosht ka salan waghair (not fish and poultery)


      Tarkeeb:
      1. sab say pehlay purrany bachay huway saalan ko aik channi main daal kar uss ka masala drain kar dain (agar daal hay tou ussay aisay hi rehnay dain) aur mirchain, dhaniya, tamatar aur piyaz kaat kar ready kar lain.
      2. ab oil garam karain uss main zeera dal kar piyaz daal dain, jab woh lal hojayay tou uss main adrak, lassan ka paste daal dain, phir tamatar, dhaniya aur hari mirch daal dain, aur saath hi garam masala, lal mirch, pisa hua dhaniya aur haldi daal dain.
      3. Jab tamatar soft hojayain tou uss main bacha huay saaalan daal dain aur khoob bhoonain!


      RAMBASAMBA tayaar hay, iss rice kay saath khayain ya roti say khayain aur khoob mazay uRayain!

      JALDI TAYYAR HONAY WAALI aur bohat hi ECONOMICAL DISH hay :lol
