play group se lekar primary tak (english medium) k students ko totally unexperienced teachers ne parrhana ho tou ibtida kese ki jani chaiye... ???...pehli mulaqat bachon k sath ..... bachay k sath frank honay ka tareeqa.... sab kuch jo b aap jantay hain

teaching young children is very easy n fun likin saath hi thori mushkil or technical job bhi hai apko bachon ke saath saath unke parents ko bhi impress karna hota hia ke u really r the right person for the job
bachon se batain karin apni first meeting main they like making friends boss mother like attitude ke bajaey friendly rahin but keep a strick hand when needed make learning fun for them bachon ko apni knowledge se heran karin isse unko apke jesa banney ka shooq hota hai appearence counts alot

being a home teacher its very easy ke ap har thori dair ke baad bhachon ko time de sakti hain
ek ya do subjects ke kaam ke baad ap 5 mins ka break de sakti hian jis main ap slow bachon ko guide karin aur baqi ke bachey apney most fav. kaam batain kar saktey hain:)
bachon ko competition main bahut maza aata ahi asey games bachon ke saath kehlein jis main thori knowledge bhi ho or enjoyment bhi
spelling games general knowledge questions

Tumharey ander bohot bohot aur bohot ziada patience honi chahiye, agar nahi hai tau kuch khud koshish ker k develope karo aur baqi bachey insaan ko kafi sekha detey hein :P
Aik aur cheez ka jo tum khayal rakh sakti ho wo ye hai k koi bhi seekhaney ka koi aik unique methode nahi hai, matlab ho sakta hai k jiss tareeqey sey tum aik bachey ko kuch sikhati ho doosrey kid k liye tum ko kuch aur tareeqa kaar ikheyaar kerna perhey, so be flexible, bachon ko bohot observe karo, un ki capacity aur cheezein pick kerney ki salehiyat per nazar rakho.... baqi gradually tum seekhti jao gi ... Kids asal mey barhon k ustaaz hotey hein :-D
Aur tumhara aik just attitude hona chahiye her bachey k sath ....

good luck and believe me working with kids is simply wow ! :-D

saraah gi kush mery nazriy'a k mutabak bechoon k saath frank honey k baad app kesi b lesson ko ager aik khani suna ker perhaya jaye too sab se behter hai ku ka aik chotty bechy khani sunney main zeya da dilchasbi lety hain.....

tamam bechy agar aik treky se samaj sakty hian too mery khyal mian wo treka khani hai keu k games k trekay sey wo bechy seekh sakty hain jo games khelna pasand karty hain aur 40% sey zeyada games khelna psand nehi kerty ya yeh keh lain ka gher waly asa mahool nehi dey paty ya wo hud nehi janty bechy ko samjana.... lakin khani sunna too her bacha pasand karta hai.... es lea behtreen treka khani hai( in my opinion)


ager es k elava koi aur treka ekhtyar keya jaye too behoot zeyada work kerna pery ga aur her bechy per kerna pery ga keu ka her bechy ka apna aik andaz hai seekny ka lakin khani k mamley main sabhi bechy ka zehan aik jesa hota hai..... aur kesi b baat ko samajna asan hota hai....

6-7 hours aik din mein aap parhain gi to lagta he ke woh bachuhn ka aik hi group sara din aap ke sath rahe ga.ager aisa he to aap ko din chote chote units mein taqseem karna ho ga.ager subjects de dein to zyada behter tareeqe se suggestion di ja sakti hein.

phir bi itne ghante ratta lagana, books se copy karna, ya phir yaad ker ke test dene se behad boriyat hoti he.aap jo bhi subject seekhati hien uss mein fun activities shaamil karhein.jesse board games, hangman(spellings aur nai vocabulary ke liye behtreen, urdu aur english dono mien khel sakti hein). worksheets aap khud bana sakti hein ya phir aap internet per search ker ke print ker sakti hein(pehle yeh batain ke school mein bachun ke liye free photocopies ya printout ker sakti hein ya nahi,ager nahi to phir itni zyda sheets aap kahab se copy karehn gi).

agger maths parhati hein to rawaiti tareeqe ke ilawa dusreh tareequhn se bhi seekhain(khaas tor per timetables, keh yeh intahai important bunyaad he) ke her bache ka apna unique learning style hota he agger aik tareeqa unheihn mushqil lata he to dusra shaed un ke liye aasan ho.

iss ke ilawa bachuhn ki tawajo barqarar rakhne ke liye reward zroor rakhen.iss ka matlab yeh nahi ke aap apni jeb se qeemte prizes khareeedein. aap stickers aur badges bhi use ker sakti hein.aik adad sweet bhi bachun ke liye khushi ka sabab hoti he. agger bachuhn ke saath mil ker rewards tayaar kiye jaain(design and colouring/painting) to uss se bache aur zyada relate ker sakehn ge ke unhuhn ne uss per khud mehnat ki thi.kissi khaas subject mein yaa phir din bhar mein effort ya achievement per aap kissi bache ko de sakti hein.phir wohi badge next time doosre bache ko de dein.

Ab taak aap ne teaching shuru ker di ho gi-kesa maza aa raha he?????????

pehle din to main ja ker just hehehe kerti rehi the mager us k baad main aschi ustaani ben gai the is ki wja aye the k humain jo teaching course kerwaya gaya tha 2 weeks ka bohatttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt zaberdast tha sarah u lhr main rehti ho ager u ne teaching kerni hain aur phonics methods k through teach kerna hain so main is main kafi help ker sakti hon ager u ko chaye ho g to werna ..... theakh hain theakh hain huh.:) itne chote kids ko handle kerna bohat seb sy mushkil kam hota hain . mager ker lo to aram sy seb kuch set ho jata ahain bachon ko poem sounao colours yeh seb por ek method hain is k liya ap ko flash cards pics aur bohattttttt si cheezain baanani pare g ager tum chao to sample main dekha don g kayse kayse jis sy kids attract hote hain thanks
