                            Kehte he k jub insaan so raha hota he to insaan ki rooh araam kar rahi hoti he...rooh k araam karne ki waja se insaan k aazah bhi araam'o'sakoon ki halat me hote he...aur insaan ko jo 5 senses de gai he wo bhi rest ki halat me hoti he....

                            to pata yeh chala k neend ka hona dar'asal aazaa ko araam dena hua....

                            to yeh araam hum jagte hue bhi de sakte he bashart'e'k app ko iss ki aadut ho....

                            zara khud sochein agur insaan ki xindagi me neend ki itni hi ehmiat hoti to phir is hadees ka kia matlab hua jis ka mafhoom he Insaan ko kam sona, kam bolna aur kam Khana chaie....

                            mere khayal se energy ka talluq neend se zyada aazaa ko araam dene me he....

                            abb bat aati he k aaram kese dia jae....kabhi gour karie ga - app kisi bhi aik waqt me apni aik sense ko araam de sakte he - app kuch daer apni aankhe bund karein ge to app apni aankho ko araam de rahe hote he - app full concentration se kisi cheez ko by hand feel kure ya apni aankho se kisi cheez pe concentrate kurein to app mehsoos kare ge k app k ird gird jo shoor ho raha ho app ko wo kam sunai de ga...isi tarah buhat se exercisse se app apne aaza ko mukhtif auqat me araam de sakte he - baat sirf practise aur Yakeen ki he...

                            aur app Net Cafe me hote he waha yeh karna apne kaam k sath sath karna - koi itna mushkil bhi nahi he...

                            asul baat jo matter karti he wo satisfaction he....dil ki dimagh ki....
