how r u all? i think every one is good and enjoy the life (INSHALLAH):rose

SO MY QUESTION IS,
If some one has some negative kind of illusions (WAHAM) wat he can do to get rid of it? if your answer is to ignore then the question is HOW??? :donno:

illusion?? as in?? I mean aap ko ya kisi or ko bhi kis type ka illusion hai??? illusion kai tarah ke hote hain... jaise humari paanch hisein hoti hai.. waise hi illusion bhi hote hain.. ya tu kisi awaz ka sunai dena.. ya kisi cheez ka dikhai dena jo ke mojod na ho.. ya kisi cheez ko mehsoos karna jis ka koi wajood na ho.... ya kisi tarah ki smell ka aana.. jo ke mojood na ho.. ????

phir me dasongi ke kya kiya jaa sakta hai.... :D

wehem jo hamari apni koshish se nahi ate khud bakhud ate hen wo shetan ki taraf se hote hen un par pareshan nahi hona chaey...un ko guzar jane den....zabardasti rokne ki koshish na karen

aisay khayalat ko agar jaan bojh kar ignore kia jai tu mazeed tang ho jata hai insaan..... is say behter hai keh No lift ka bara sa board laga lai.... agar koi khayal aaye tu LaHOula Wala Quwata ILla billah il aliyil azeem perhay....aur bus.....:)
