    assalamalikum
    aaj kal har insaan stress main rehta hai ..jis kay paas kuch nahi hai wo bhi stress main , jis kay paas thora hai wo bhi stress main , or jis kay paas zaida hai wo bhi stress main ...

    is stress say nikalnay ka tareeka kia hai :mm:

      achay dooston ki company mein betha karay

      koi shook paal lay, jese gardening, walking, snooker, football or any other available sports.

      weekend pe koi program banaye, aur phir working days mein weekend mananay ki thoori bohat teyaari karay, farig ho ke dooston aur rishtaydaaron ko phone karay. unhein visit karay, unhein invite karay.

      engagement ker ke 3, 4 saal tak apni fiance se phone pe baatein karay 372-haha

                          Aik admi ke paas pehn'ne k lye jootay nai thay, woh kehta tha ke ALLAH ne mujhey kuch bhi nai dya - phir aik din us ne aik aisay insaan ko dekha jis ke paoN hi nai thay - phir us ne socha ke ALLAH ne ussay sab kuch to dya hay -

                          bus yahi baat thi


                          ALLAH ke shukar guzar banday ban jain - aur apne se neechay logoN ko dekheiN :) Nimaaz parheiN - Quraan Majid ki tilawat apna mamool bana leiN - Aur Nature ko feel karein
