I think ke personality development mein sab se pehle tu insaan ke ghar ka mahul jahan usski tarbiyat hote hai uske baad hamar muashra yani ird gird ka mahul jahan ham rehte hain aur uss ke baad taleem aur phir dosre factors aate hain :D:

A lot of factors determine, first and foremost our parents and the atmosphere at home, second is our relation with our relatives. The kind of neighbourhood that we live in and our friend circle. Our teachers too help in development of our personality. Our education should also enhance our personality. How we enhance our natural inborn traits also help in our personality development. Money is secondary whereas education is primary factor for person to be complete. It also depends upon how you take criticisms from others and how you learn from your mistakes.
