yeh butterfly he, aur purely males ke liye designed he...aap is mein bohat light weight set ker ke kuch ker sakti hein, aur aap ko raaz ki baat bataon, isi machine ne me ko bodybuilder banaya tha :kr:

Thread to mein tub lagata ager yeh machine koi larka le ke aata :kr:haan is pe aap warm up ho sakti hein, apnay bazu butterfly ke pad pe pechay le jaiye ke aap ki haath aur bazu mein almost 90 degree ka angle paida ho...phir aap pads ko apnay samnay ki taraf push keejiye aur 30 reps lagaiye aur aap isay 3, 4 time repeat bhi ker sakti hein, so yeh hui aap ki warm up exercise...but plz make sure ke us mein weight ziada na ho, just 10-20 LBS :khi:

For the Rod exercise, I would not recommend you to go with it...isay choona bhi mut, cuz, I fear you will be de-shaped :hehe:
