    Is The Glass Half Empty or Half Full???

    Assalamo allaikum

    Bohat dino baad aaya hoon, kuchh din pehley meri aik psychiatrist sey baat hui.....

    Is image ko dekhein:



    Kya yeh glass aadha khali hai? ya
    Yeh glass aadha bhara huwa hai?

    Kehney waley kahein gey keh kaan ko aik tarf sey pakro ya doosri taraf sey, baat aik hi hai!

    Kya sach mein yeh baat aik hi hai?

    Dekhein, agar ham yeh kehtey hain keh "the glass is half empty" to yeh sentence bhi drust hai...

    agar ham yeh kahein keh "the glass is half full" to yeh statement bhi ghalt nahin... to phir farq kya hai?

    Bohat barra farq hai!

    "The glass is half empty" glass mein pani ki kami ko biyan karta hai, aur kami hamesha mehroomi ka saboot deti hai, mehroomi pessimism ko janam deti hai, pessimism tension ki taraf ley jati hai...

    "The glass is half full" fullness ki janib ishara karta hai, yani iska matlab hai keh glass mein abhi tak kuchh paani mojood hai beshak woh kam hai - kuchh hasil ho to ussey wussat dena aasan hota hai, agar kuchh na ho to ussey wussat dena mushkil amal hai...

    ... pas alfaaz ka chunao is baat ki gamazi karta hai keh insaan optimist hai ya pessimist :)
    tumharey bas mein agar ho to bhool jao mujhey
    tumhein bhulaney mein shayid mujhey zamana lagey

      ji bhai aap ne sahe kaha - it is the inner state of mind by which one is considered optimistic or pessemistic. yeh zehan ki androoni halat hoti hay - aur agar dekha jaye to humara zehan humare muashre aur mahol ki suhbat main nashoonuma pata hay jis se humara dimag set ho jata hay - is silsale main insaan ki zindagi ke halat, rehn sehn, tor tareeke bara aham kirdaar ada karte haiN
