    bus tum aik adat bana loon manfee main sar hilany kee....

    jo b chez khany kee nazar aye sar hila dia karo..

    ager yeh na ho skay to sada ghaza khaya karo mean k Tissu paper

        Chiknai wali chizao kay:tasali:bas fats wali chizain khaien jab ap per fats wlaa khana asar karna band kar day ga ap ki diet kamyab ho jay gi:kr:

          Zee Aur Shaan I mean Z'Shaan Deit khuch bhi nahin hai bus yahi kay Jitna ho sakhay othna Khao :D

                apni diet main sugar or oil ka istamal kam say kam karian ...
                oil main olive oil ka istamal karian khano main ..yeh light hota hai ...
                chawal kahtay hain to us ki pich nikal kay kahian ...
                fruits or vegetables ka istamal karian ..
                bread main brownbread ka istamal karian ...
                pani or jucie (with out sugar) ka istamal karian ...
                or exercise bhi must hai :thmbup:

                          27 shaban tak roozay rakh lo, aur us ke baad Ramzan start ho jaye ga to chooti eid tak tum fit ho jao gay.

                          Ghar mein weight machine rakho, aur set karo ke aik week mein tumhein 2 KG loose kerna he, workout ziada karo, jogging karo ya gym join karo. subhu ka naashta skip na karo, cuz latest research ke mutabik jo loog subhu nashta nahi kerte wo mootay ho jatay hein, half cup chaye aur 1 rusk kha lo, us ke baad bohat bhook lagay gi to lunch mein high fiber aur low calorie wali diet lo, sabziyan khao kachi aur oil ko choor do.

                          Ager tum apnay aap ko weight machine ke saath plan ker lo gay to aik month mein 6-8 KG kum ker sako gay easily.
