well sorry meree gher hazrii ki waja sii ..... actually kabi kabi busy honi k waja sii time nahi melta...... :( and 2nd kuch friends meree barii mien jantii haii ka mein kis mushkil sii forum use kartii hoon...... :lol ok aap ko nahi pata....asl masala yah hai ki for the last 2 months i shared my office room with one of my collegue... so we employess are not allow to use other site......... so mein chupki chupki use karti hoon jab chance mil jaii to aik post ka answer dia....etc..... :wink

well mein Oct 2003 si UN ki satt kam kar rahii hoon.... my responsibility haii ... refugees ki protection, education, health and other basic needs... ko imporve and fullfill karna.... or kisi qesam ka difficulties hoon unka ...... solve karana...yah kam meian akilii nahii kar rahi hoon... with the help of other collegues....... and preparing quarterly reprots and translation of some documents is also include in my job.........

and ajj kal presentation ki prepration kar rahi hoon for other seniors..........so much confused how it will be coz its my first time for such big presentation specially for seniors.... ...... and aik friend Nido jii nii kahah .......k dont wory .......sab ko aiisi samjo jiise unko kuch bi nahi atta.. and u are going to teach them...... :) ... so i hope it wil be successful ..........:insha:

well mein Oct 2003 si UN ki satt kam kar rahii hoon.... my responsibility haii ... refugees ki protection, education, health and other basic needs... ko imporve and fullfill karna.... or kisi qesam ka difficulties hoon unka ...... solve karana...yah kam meian akilii nahii kar rahi hoon... with the help of other collegues....... and preparing quarterly reprots and translation of some documents is also include in my job.........

Bohat khoobusrat soch zahir ki hai aap ney :rose. Insaan apney kaam mein dil rakh dey to ussey bohat lutf aata hai aur honesty bohat aham hai. Warna kaam karney ka faedah nahin.

Mera andaza hai keh aisey kaam key liye koi training bohat zaroori hoti aur na siraf traning balkey aap ko mentally bohat mazboot hona parta hai. Refugee aik aisa insaan hai jo sab kuchh luta chuka hota hai, yahan tak uski umeedein tak fot ho chuki hoti hai. Phir kuchh zakhmi hotey jism bikhrey hotey hain, tarha tarha ki aah-o-fughaan mein doobey aansu dekhney parrtey hain. To kya aap ki traning mein in baton ko count kiya jata hai? aap ko mentally kaisey tayyar kiya jata hai? (is per mazeed baad mein)

Kabhi na kabhi koi na koi kaam pehli baar hi kiya jata hai. Aap wohi kuchh karo gi jo aap kar sakti ho. And then this will be your base for the next presentation. You always learn form your previous experience. Although you can see other pplz presentations but you will always need to do by yourself to get that experience and GOOD LUCK :)

Well meeeee much has been asked about me in my interview, which you can see in this forum. Briefly I am living in Denmark, Pakistani national although I have lived here for more tha 20 yrs. Pegham hamara khawab hai keh ham aik aisa platform apney pyarey logon ko dein jahan per siyasat aur bahmi nafrat na ho. Iskey elawa aik bohat bada maqsad merey dil mein abhi dafan hai jissey main Pegham key zariyey poora karna chahta hoon. Magar woh waqt aaney per :)

Unn jagahon se aap ne kya tajurba haasil kiya, maslan refugee ka kya reaction tha, we wahan as a refugee kya feel karte thay, aurton, mardon, bachchon, and youngers kaise feel kartey, aap ko wahan, aapko volunteering mein preshani aati thi...ya easily handle kartey thein.

app nii shaii kahaa...pegham tu muhabbaton, khaloos aur dosti ka Pegham hai .... no doubt........agar mein inko bata doo ... tu who will work in the office .....coz i m sure iss mein itnii kashish haii k koi bi aur kam dil karni ko nahi chahataa.......bas ki pegham ki pass bitin rahii........

yeah agar kam karan haii humii to honesty si... and every one should be sincere with her/his work............agar ajj sab honest hotti tu dunia aiis stage pi na hoti.......i mean war...

Yes jii ... no one is perfect in this world except Allmight Allah...har new field meain information and training sab sii phelii zaroori haii .....kioun ka ham sirf apni expereince and thinking si kuch nahi karsktii...humi bii time per trainings dia jatii haii ...... with full real information... humi mentally trainings, case study, role plays...etc si tayyar ki jatii haii ....agar humi field me istarha sii koi serious waqeea mel jaii tu direct we cant give them any sugession or advise first we discuss the problem among us or with other seniors...than find any better solution for them........ and we have many books to study for such problems...

u know spy jii ......... mee bi unii refugees sii aik hoon ... mein buhat chootii tii buhat sii jang koo dikii haii .... apnii samnii logoo ko tarptii hooi dikii hai joo jan di rahii tiii ......or koi bi nahi taa unki help krani ki liyee... likin kia karii hallat hii waisi tii ....... jo sub majboor or bi bass tii ....... let me to share one of my unforgivable memory.... mein appni, sister and Ammi ki satt kamrii mein tii ... ka rocket room mein agaii... hum ni kahaa ka hum to chali gaii ais dunia sii ... likin Allah ka buhat karam or reletives and dosto ka buhat dua taa ka humii kuch bi nahi howaaa...atta ka ungli bii nahii cuttiii... jab hum oss hadasi ko yad kartii hii tu buht dar lagta haii...

I am full of praise for underlying organisations in UN like UNICEF; UNESCO and others, which are helping the needy. But main zaati tor per UN sey sakht nalaan hoon aur Iraq war mein UN ka kirdaar bohat hi bhiyanak aur ghanda hai. Yeh organisation siraf power rakhney waley taqaton ka aik chonchla hai, aur duniya ki zubanein band karney key liye UNICEF aur doosri zaili shakhein qaaeem kar din hain tak keh kuchh logon ki bhalai kar do aur duniya khamosh ho jaey gi.

Main ney aaj tak nahin parha keh UN ney kisi masley ka hal nikala ho, haan siraf unka jahan USA ya kisi doosri badi taqat ko apna maqsad ho to. For me blame for wars in Iraq and Afghanistan SHOULD go to UN for not acting as the factor it was meant for. And neither it'll be in future.

What you are doing in your underlying organisation for UN is a work to be remember. Pplz like you who don't care for their own lives and just are there for the needy are full of respect! Lekin UN is just nothing!
