Exactly...i realize its quite boring to be all time doing something unreasonable stuff. To change an atmosphare it requires energy a potential, a force, an attitude. Sorry to say all this potential in guise of respectable reasonable MODS, ADMIN, COs. keep on resting at AZ, which is not at all justified.

I aimed to conduct a healthy debate with a lot of enthisiasm and charector...i choosed english lang. so that the ppl remain sticky to the origin of the topic, but what i have observed so far is really negative...Except Aquari...there is no one who want this debate to happen and go on...i was planning a group debate but i think all the sensible and reasonable members remain sticky to the Admin zone...which is not at all fair. You ppl must look other sections too.

thats i know that you want the competition to be held in eng. sec. ....i.e in english lang. .........inshALlah

as you are saying that not many ppl are interested so dont go for a group debate. start a topic with few rules and reward the members for their active participation like give them marks like

1- a quality post will get 5 points
2- personal attack by any participant will give him -4 points
3- If the members keep the thread active/ alive, each participant will get +3 points

etc etc



all the best!!!

but i think its better that you start any topic for discussion, ask the members to participate and then will see how it goes :thmbup:

U r right but all the MODs,Admin,COs are not resting in Adminezone there are different issues and lots of work which we have to do as a member of PG admin team.And at the same time we are trying to participate in all the sections too.....plzz u are an old member atleast u should understand .

sab mod supmods AZ mai he nahi hotay.....baaki sab sections mai bhi hotay hai......mai debate mai parcipate ka abhi tak sooch he rahi the.....kyu kay debate ko mai pasand nahi hoo.....:lpop:chaloo ji jo ho ga dekha jae ga......i am with u......:)

Why I am emphasizing on english is that i want to protect the thread and keep its spirit alive in all senses. This way we find a feable chance of deviation. Marking and number at each post is a tough process it will add the complexity. There are certain points and criteria for judgement, an observant mind, a rashional way of assessment, a logical way of assessment, u see a lot of things unexplainable but our common sense grasps it very rightly. If you ppl want to make this section an alrounder and better section then the input of you ppl is a must. In this regard a proper activation of senior member is required...AZ doesn't need ur attention as much as these section...hope u get me

Aik baat kahon...i never wanted to be a part of Admin team...isi liye mein aik member ki hesiyat se he reh raha hoon...lekin mein aik baat janta hoon...ager mein is forum ka Admin hota to yeh forum is halat se bhi kahin behtar hota. Is team ke bohat se MODS aisay hein jo ke bilkul nalaiq hein meri nazar mein...un per bhi nazar saani kerne ki zaroorat he aap ko

members pe check rakhnay ke liye aik he banda kafi he...i know ke is section ka koi waali waris nahi he...moojooda soorat-e-haal se to yahi lagta he...aur mashallah jo is section mein promote ho raha he wo bhi sub ke samnay he...ager aap looog waqei mein kuch kerna chahtay ho to khud samnay aao back stage se...role model bano..aap loog senior member ho...mein bhi senior member hoon but still i am not the part of ur team - this is the where the difference lies

meri GS section mein waqei bohat si posts hoon gi...lekin yeh to section he AZ to nahi...ager mein chahta to AZ ko access ker sakta tha...but i didn't approached...even i denied to approach it :) mein aam loogon mein aam sa bunda bun ke sub ki nazron mein rehna chahta hon :lpop:
