I think it is in the nature of people to flirt others.
And such people who have this nature they do it at any cost.
It is not Entertainment,not revenge and not iratating others. They also dont know that why they are doing such kind of foolish habit,

i am agree with shahbaznk that people have this habit as a natural thing..or some may do for revenge or for entertainment...and they may like it or maybe think it makes them cool...wiase is question ka answer wohi sahi de sakte hein jo yeh kam karte hein
