Behna CV aap key career ki sab sey pehli most important presentation hoti hai. Aik achhi aur umdah CV jobs ka darwaza khol deti hai... I was used to write CV's in a different fashion until KISI ney mujhey apni tarz per likhney ko kaha - and that's most wonderful way of writing CV's....

References aap ki sanadein (degrees, diplomas and all the paper-kind of stuff) and most important - agar aap aik jaggah sey chhorr ker doosri jagah apply kar rahey hain to aap key collegues are the most valuable references ... is liye collegues sey laga kar rakhni chahiye :D :D :D

Main nay aik din apnay boss ka C.V daikha 14 pages ka CV ....main perh perh k hairan hota raha k yeh banda kia kia kerta raha hai...

aur is k ilawa aik dafa mere pass aik C.V. aya hahahahaha
jitna us main exp likha hooowaa tha wo us ki age say ziyada tha .... hahahahha 25 Years us ki age thee aur 27 Years ka exp

Is per mujhey aik baat yaad aai, aik company mein secretary ki job key liye interviews chal rahey they, boss ko male secretary ney btaya:

"Sir, interview key liye 2 umeedwar baqi rah gaii hain, aik ki qualification ziyada hai aur doosry behad haseen hai" :kr: :kr: - job kisey mili hogi :embarasse

it depends very much on which part of world you are living in and/or what kind of a job u r applying for...

Yahan Denmark mein pics laganey ya na laganey sey koi farq nahin parrta - other part of world it's must...
