wese aap ne jo above likha tha vo baat mujhe achi aur bahut achi lagi thi.... kyun k mein khud bhi telepathy ki practice karta hoon.... aur meiny aap wali practice ko bhi note karliya tha..... :) iss kay elawa bhi koi practice ho jo tension aur stress ko kam karti ho that will be appreciated as well......

tension aur stress kabi bee door nahi hu sakti jab tak k aap os ka Cause na khatam ker dain....
jab aap apni tension aur stress kee asal waja khatam karian gy tab hee wo door hu gi ...koi be medicine and other thing will not reduce ur altimate tention.....
think about cause and effects.

ager itni advices keh baad bhi zaheen nahi bana abhi tak to phir kuchh nahi ho sakta, phir manufacturing fault hai yeh.:P

Acha ager yah hafiz nahi he to aap dooston mein se kisi ke jhoot pe mein ne yakeen ker liya he...i think asad ne bataya tha aik baar, aur mein isay baar baar hafiz kehta hoon lekin yeh bhi lagta he paka ho gaya he :khi:

agreed..... :) lakin mujhe kabhi kabhi be-maqsad tension or i feel stress without any specific reason...... :)
