کسی مستند دليل يا ثبوت کی غير موجودگی ميں پاکستانی ميڈيا کے کچھ حلقے اب تخلياتی دنيا سے مواد لینے سے بھی نہيں چوک رہے۔ اس ويڈيو کے آغاز ميں جس طريقے سے ہالی وڈ کی مختلف فلموں کے مناظر استعمال کيے گۓ ہيں وہ اس کی ايک مثال ہے۔ اسی طرح اپنے ايک حاليہ انٹرويو ميں ڈاکٹر شاہد مسعود نے بليک واٹر کے حوالے سے اپنی تھيوری کے دفاع ميں مقبول امريکی ٹی وی پروگرام 24 کے ساتويں سيزن کا حوالہ ديا ہے جو کہ ايک فرضی کہانی پر مبنی ہے۔

ايک جانب پاکستان کی وزارت خارجہ کے اہم عہديدار، وزير داخلہ اور وزيراعظم واضح بيانات دے رہے ہيں کہ پاکستان ميں بليک واٹر کا کوئ وجود نہیں ہے اور دوسری جانب ڈاکٹر شاہد مسعود اس بات پر بضد ہيں کہ ايک پرائيوٹ سيکورٹی ايجنسی حکومتوں اور رائج نظام سے بالاتر ہے اور اس مفروضے کی دليل وہ يہ دے رہے ہيں کہ انھوں نے ايک مقبول امريکی ٹی وی پروگرام ميں ايسا ہوتے ديکھا ہے۔

اس دليل ميں فہم وفراست اور دانش کا کيا وجود ہو سکتا ہے؟

مختلف ٹی وی شوز، فلموں اور انٹرنيٹ پر موجود ويڈيوز کے مخصوص حصے جوڑ کر اور ايک ہيجان انگيز ميوزک کے پس منظر کے ساتھ بے تکی کہانيوں اور بے بنياد سازشی کہانیوں کی تکرار صحت مند صحافت کے زمرے میں نہيں آتا۔

کسی بھی بحث کا بنيادی اصول ہے کہ حقائق اور ميسر شواہد کی بنياد پر دلائل اور گفتگو کی جاۓ۔ کيا وجہ ہے کہ ان ويڈيوز ميں حکومت پاکستان اور وزيراعظم پاکستان کے ان بيانات کو کوئ اہميت نہيں دی گئ جس ميں انھوں نے واضح کيا ہے کہ يہ تمام الزامات بالکل غلط اور محض ڈس انفارميشن ہے۔

پاکستان ميں رہنے اور کام کرنے والے ہر غير ملکی کو ويزے کے اجراء کی ذمہ دار حکومت پاکستان اور متعلقہ پاکستانی محکمے اور ايجينسياں ہیں۔

اس حقيقت کا اعتراف تو زيد حامد نے بھی اپنی بے شمار سازشوں کے انکشافات کے دوران کيا ہے کہ پاکستان نيوی کی اجازت اور معلومات کے بغير امريکی مرينز کی پاکستان ميں موجودگی ممکن نہيں ہے۔

اس حقيقت کا اعتراف تو زيد حامد نے بھی اپنی بے شمار سازشوں کے انکشافات کے دوران کيا ہے کہ پاکستان نيوی کی اجازت اور معلومات کے بغير امريکی مرينز کی پاکستان ميں موجودگی ممکن نہيں ہے۔

I have gathered some very informative information and would like to share the same about Black water, I hope this will clear many doubts in your mind as well will help us understanding the true motives/movements of Black water and its presence in our beloved country.

Blackwater/Xe Services LLC

Xe Services LLC is a private military company founded as Blackwater USA in 1997 by Erik Prince and Al Clark. In October 2007, the company was renamed Blackwater Worldwide and was colloquially referred to as "Blackwater".

Blackwater has a wide array of business divisions, subsidiaries, and spin-off corporations but the organization as a whole has courted much controversy.
Based in North Carolina, Xe operates a tactical training facility which the company claims is the world's largest, and at which it trains more than 40,000 people a year, mostly from US and other military and police services. The training consists of military offensive and defensive operations, as well as smaller scale personal security.

The company announced on February 13, 2009, that it would operate under the new name "Xe". In a memo sent to employees, President Gary Jackson wrote that the new name "reflects the change in company focus away from the business of providing private security." A spokesman for the company stated that it feels the Blackwater name is too closely associated with the company's work in the occupation of Iraq. Spokeswoman Anne Tyrrell said there was no meaning in the new name, which the company took over a year to arrive at in an internal search.

Xe is currently the largest of the US State Department's three private security contractors. Of the 987 contractors Xe provides, 744 are US citizens. At least 90 percent of the company's revenue comes from government contracts, of which two-thirds are no-bid contracts. Xe provided security services in Iraq to the United States federal government, particularly the Central Intelligence Agency on a contractual basis. They no longer have a license to operate in Iraq: the new Iraqi government made multiple attempts to expel them from their country, and denied their application for an operating license in January 2009. However, the company is still under contract with the State Department and some Xe personnel will likely remain working illegally in Iraq at least until September 2009.

Abhi kahan kia hay..... abhi tou yeh recruit kar rahay hain humaray hi mulk say... there are 40 job announcement on their website.... the person should have the ability to understand 4 languages Urdu, Englinsh, Pashto and Punjabi.

Inhoon nay Afghanistan main 80 say ziyada afghan bhaiyon ko recruit kia aur aaj tak unka pata nahin chala kay woh kahan hain!!!!!

MAY ALLAH SWT hum sab ko mehfooz rakhay AMEEN

bilkul sahi Z. waqayi kuch bhi safe nahin, police jahan hum apni hifaazat kay liye jaatay hain woh target killing main shaheed horahay hain, Islambad main aaj phir dhamaka, phir masoom student ki jaanoon ka ziya, bohat mushkil hogaya hay iss mulk main jeena jissay MUSLAMAANOON ki AZAADI ka liye gaya aaj muslamanoon koi waqayi duniya say azaad kar raha hay :(
