Pakistan can gain a huge revenue by introducing lottery games like the Lotto.
How it works:
You buy a coupon on which you have guessed 7 numbers from a pool of 1 to 35 numbers. A coupon should cost 20 Rupees. A player may not buy more than 2 coupon at a time.
Every Saturday an electronic machine draws 7 numbers from a pool of 1 to 35 numbers. If you guessed all 7 correct, you win first prize (in case of more than 1 winner with 7 numbers correct, the main prize is divided into those).
If no one has guessed 7 numbers correctly, the 1st prize goes to next weeks pool.
Players with 6 correct will get second prize (again in case of more than 1 the prize is divided)
Players with 5 correct will get third prize (again in case of more than 1 the prize is divided).

In no one guess correctly the prize is keep expanding.
Prize Money:
30% of the revenue is giving back in Prize Money.
Let us suppose, 100 Million coupon are sold, the revenue is 2000 Million.
30% of 2000 Million is 600 Million.
1st Prize = 40% of 600 Million = 240 Million
2nd Prize = 30% of 360 Million = 108 Million
3rd Prize = 30% of 252 Million = 75.6 Million
4th Prize = 176.4 Million
Winners:
1st Prize = 7 Correct Numbers
