Her banday ki apni apni assessment aur view point he. Aania ka jawaab bohat optimistic tha, Daywalker ke jawaab mein reality thi, The Mask ke Point mein theory se ziada practicle pe emphasize kia gaya he, theek he yeh bhi. Abid ki baat se kuch ziada ziada convincing nahi lagta.

Now comming to my point of view:

Sub se pehlay hamein yeh jananay ki zaroorat he ke acha nazam-e-taleem koon sa he. For the time being lets not talk about the Religious Education. Ager aam aadmi apni aam-fehm ko istamaal kerte huay yeh bata sakta he ke acha nizam-e-taleem wo hota jo ke insaan ko ziada huner-mund banata he. Is liye mein west ke nazam-e-taleem ko pakistan ke nazam-e-taleem ko bohat acha kahon ga.

Doosri baat, aik acha, perha likha aur mustanad ustaad he tadrees ke faraiz achi tarah se ser-anjaam de sakta he. Aik acha ustaad aik mahar-e-nafseyaat ki tarah hota he, wo buchon ke potential ko dekhtay huay un buchon ke zehani meyar ke mutabik he tadrees kerta he.

Hamaray mulk mein aaj tak yeh roona khatam nahi hua ke taleem urdu mein de jaye ya angreezi mein, jub ke pohanch chand aur mareeh se bhi aagay nikal chuki he. Aik cheez to ham pe bawar ho jani chahiye ke jis ne urdu mein taleem hasil ki wo ya to shayar bana ya mufakar, aur mufakar bhi us tarah ka jo subhu hajaam ki dukan pe ja ke akhbarat ko tatool ker uthal puthal ker ke apnay kuch tankeedi nazriyaat se aagah ker deta he. Ham yeh cheez kyoon nahi jaan paye, hum apni sooch aik nuktay pe kyoon ker markooz nahi ker patay ke angreezi he technology ki zubaan he, jub tak ke hum angreezi taleem ke manshaa se achi tarah wakif nahi ho jatay hum dunia ke saath kadam se kadam mila ke nahi chal saktay. Angreezi science ki zubaan he, technology ki zubaan he, so make it very clear, jo shayar banana chahta he wo urdu perhay, jo duniya ke saath chalna chahta he wo angreezi mein taleem hasil karay. aur angreezi ki taleem nisaab mein shuru se shamil ki jani chahiye.

Hamaray nizaam-e-taleem mein buchon ke potential ko balisht se maapa jata he, yaani jo bucha paper mein ziada likhta he, chahay wo sahi likhay ya ghalat us ki quality pe marks diye jatay rahay hein. yeh system khatam hona chahiye.

Sub se zaroori cheez, ke bucha wo cheez jaldi seekhta he jis mein usay ziada interest hota he...Institutes needs to facilitate the extra-carricular activities to give the children adequate exposure. Lower level pe competition ki fiza paida ki jani chahiye...buchon ko self-reliance pe mail kerna chahiye...buchon ko aik acha lecture do, aur phir buchon ko apna workout kerne do...is tarah buchon mein self-reliance ke saath saath creativity bhi paida ho gi...aur West mein yahi hota he...wahan buchon ke potential ko manzar-e-aam pe laya jata he...jub ke yahan buchon ka potential zang aalood ho ke khatam ho jata he...us ki salahiyatein ubher ke manzar-e-aam pe nahi aa patein...is cheez pe tawajo dene ki zaroorat he.

Liberary system aam hona chahiye, teachers bohat qualified honay chahiyein, teachers ki yearly assessment honi chahiye...teachers ko upgrade kia jana chahiye...aik environment creat kia jana chahiye jis mein buchon mein awareness aam honi chahiye...haftay mein aik din extra-carricular activities ka hona chahiye, jis mein buchay debates karein, hallagulla karein etc.

Aik healthy dimaag he aik healthy moaashray ko janam de sakta he...we need to realize this. We need to plan and re-arrange the things where we can get maximum output from the student's potential.

Problematic hai Govt of Pakistan .. jinhon ne nawaza hamen aiesey aiesey wazeer r taleem se jo barmala public ko khatab mein kehtey hain >> nursery grade se .. poorey 40 Parah of Quran (na aooz billah ) parhaye jayen ge new syllabus main:(
problem students ke parhney mein samajhney mein nahen hai ..
Problem Pakistan ke Politicians hai azal se... jo achi hukoomaton ko neest o nabood is liye ker detey hein .. public khush-haal hai ..
Problems .. 2# political dhandey hain
Problem .. 2# politicians of Pakistan hain
Problem ... Luteri govt of PK hai ..
Problem corruption hai .. jo students ko chkna choor ker deti hai
bina sifarish , bina money job nahen milti
Problem har us office mein pao ge jahan aap chup ker ke suntey jao
Problem tab tak rahey gi jab tak .. baghawat/inqilaab ka bol bala na ho
shayed aik corrupt system ko break kerney ke liye aik war/aik jang lekin us ke positive effects to shayed kuchal diye jayen lekin phir aik anokha corrupted political ruler samney aa jaye ..

Jahan tak 40 paaron ki baat he...i think Fedral minister of education out of sense ho ga thoora sa...ghalti insaan se ho jati he.

Politics he sirf aik problem nahi he aania...aur bhi bohat si problems hein...education aik complecated issue he jo bohat si cheezon pe base kerti he...hamein un doosray factors per bhi ghoor kerna he.

Aik govt ke peelay school mein aap ko politics nazar nahi aaye gi...fund ki kami zaroor nazar aaye gi...lekin is ke ilawa us idaray ke ander bhi be-hud be-zaabt'giyaan pai jati hein, jis ka nuksaan new generation ko bugtna perh raha he maleducation ki surat mein. sub se ziada important cheez meri nazar mein mustanid asaatza ki kami he.

Aap ke sub points mein se sub se acha point mujay yeh laga @ child's psychology/ student counselor.

Lekin aam loogon ki nazar mein yeh point aik be-maani sa he, lekin meri nazar mein student couselling ke liye psychetrists aur experts honay chahiyein jo ke one day fortnightly workshops karein students pe workout karein, students ko guide karein, students mein jo khaamiyaan hein unhein highlight ker ke un pe control kerne ke liye unhein expert advise dein...is se students mein aik awareness aaye gi...wo ziada ba-shaoor ho jaein ge...aur jis moaashray ka bucha bashaoor ho jata he, us mooashray ke mustakbil ko kabi zung nahi lag sakta :)

whereas other conventional subjects are concerned...to mein yeh kahon ga, ke 8th grade tak to saari cheezein mix perhani chahiyein, ta ke students ko idea ho sakay ke wo aagay kia kerna chahtay hein, kon si line adopt kerna chahtay hein...us ke baad 9th grade se specializing subjects hoon...aur science ke subjects completely english mein hoon...jo buchay urdu, ya arabic perhna chahtay hein wo aagay ja ke separate ho jaein...yaani students jo bhi perhein un mein unhein aboor hasil ho jaye.
