    zinger wrap ingredients
    200 gm boneless Chicken
    1 cup Potato chips or cornflakes
    1 egg white
    1 roti
    1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
    1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon Lemon juice
    1/2 tablespoon ginger paste
    1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
    1/2 tablespoon Red chilli flakes
    1/2 tablespoon Black pepper
    2 tbsp Flour
    Oil as required for frying
    Lettuce leaves as required
    Salt to taste

    How to make zinger wrap

    For at least 30 min marinate chicken with salt, red chilli, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic and ginger paste.
    In a frying pan heat oil.
    Add flour to the chicken and mix well.
    Now coat chicken pieces first in egg white and then into potatoes or cornflakes.
    Fry until golden brown. Now add chicken piece in a chappati roll and fill with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato ketchup.
    zinger wrap is ready to serve, hot
    Prep time: 40 mins
    Cook time: 20-25 mins
    yield: 2 servings
