mutton 1/2 kg
onion 8 oz
yogurt 1 1/2 cups
ginger paste 2 tsp heaped
garlic paste 2 tsp heaped
green cardamoms few whole
mint leaves 1/2 bunch finely chopped.
green chillies 6
red chillies 2 tsp
salt to taste
corriander powder 2 tsp
oil 1/2 cup
A piece of coal
Blend 4 oz onoin with a little water.
Add ginger garlic paste alongwith salt, chilli powder and corriander powder blend well.
Mix the blended ingredients with mutton.
Now add water about 4 to 6 cups and cook until the meat is tender and water dries up.
Now add oil and fry the meat till it leaves oil on the sides.
Beat yogurt with salt.
Cut the rest of the onion, green chillies and mint leaves finely chopped.
Prepare a heat proof dish and lay alayer of meat then of yogurt and top with the green masala repeat the process till the ingredints are used.
Put a piece of onion skin in the middle of the dish and the put the litted coal on it.
Drop a little bit of oil on litted coal and cover the dish immidiately.
Put the dish in the oven and cook for 1/2 hour.
Serve with naan or rotti
