    Back pain is one of the most common ailment which results in constant pain, at times severe and unbearable. However, it might lead to difficulty in bending forward and also on sideways. Sometimes, it causes the entire area sore and sensitive to even slight touch. Therefore, to cope with all these problems and worries we are offering some of the simple and home remedies for back pain.


    You can also include garlic in your daily diet. It is one of the most effective, simple and home remedies for back pain.
    ยท Well, it is an advice that if you have a chronic back problem then, always keeps your body warm and eats hot items.
    You can also boil ten tulsi leaves in one cup of water until the syrup is reduced to half a cup then; add salt to it after cooling. Take this mixture daily. However, if you have a severe back pain then, take it twice a day.
    A self massage with eucalyptus oil is also beneficial for you back pain. You could also use mustard oil. It is a very good home remedy for backache.
    Eat half a teaspoon of Guggulu twice a day after meals with warm water. It is very helpful in you back pain.
    You can also take a mixture of five cloves, five black pepper corns and one-gram dry ginger powder in your tea at least twice a day.
    Take half a gram of dalchini powder with one-teaspoon honey at least twice a day for best home results. It will give you a relief from back pain.
    Next, ice can reduce the irritation of back pain and after a few days switch to heat.
    You can include in tomato, cabbage, carrot, cucumber, lettuce, and at least two lightly cooked vegetables such as cauliflower, cabbage, spinach, carrot, fruits in your die
    While sleeping, you should sleep on a firm mattress and avoid sleeping face down.
    Do the exercises daily for at-least 10-20 times daily. it is one of the simple and best home remedies for your back pain.
