How pakistani Domestic should be ?

in your point of view pakistani domestic cricket kis tarah ki honi chayeh?

in my point of view

it should be divided into 4 or more groups
each have 6 teams
Premium level should have top6
chapions level should have from 7 to 12
and so on

they should play a 8 month domestic season
and first 2 of chapion level should be promoted to premium and last 2 should degraded to champion and similarly in other groups

there should be 2 months allocated when associations/regions/clubs can buy or sale their players
each club/region must have sponsar contract for each season

matches should be played on home and away basis

in one tour there should be one 20 20 , one OD and one test match
winning a 2020 match should give 2 point , making draw one point
winning a OD match should give 3 point , making draw one point
winning a test match should give 5 point , making draw 3 points

in one month team should not tour more then 2 other teams , one is the best

in whole league the team getting more points should be declared chapion of pakistan

All matches should be on grean top and bouncy piches
