This news is quite old now. I dont exactly remember the date but it was when Donald Ramsefield visited Pakistan. U see if PM of Pakistan wants to visit the atomic plant, there are some channels through which it has to arranged. He cant at once go and see the matters. this means that it's highly confidential place but Ramsefield was taken there . Moreover U must hv heard about Shahbaz Base for our Airforce..that is under the control of USA troops since their first invasion on Afghanistan. I dont know about the present situation there but it was debates were goin' on about this last year. so bottom line is that we are heading to a state on weighlessness at international scenario.

Exactly...on the perseverance of Big-D, pakistan offered a couple of airbases as token of proof to show its profound and integral faithfulness towards America. These airbases were then supposed to be used for logestic purpose which later on was revealed by media that the US conducted the massive airstrike on Afghanistan from these Airbases. Pakistani people were kept in dark. There were shown the one side of picture and even media-men were not given enough previlage to go their for reporting purpose. This phenomena was later on regarded as "protection of our national interest". How silly. Musharaf in his book "The Line of Fire" has confessed that he was threated by the then US Sercetary of State that if pakistan doesn't extend the cooperative hand towards US, they would bomb Pakistan to stone age. If we look at the definition of terrorist then we find that the terrorist is one who creat threats or spread terror. Who is then real terrororist. Where does the musharaf's sologn "war against terrorism", stand. To whom we are fighting against, a real terrorist or the so-called "labeled terrorist".

I havn't come accross this news, but if it happened then we can realize how helpless we are. In the name of so-called "bilateral relationship" this Govt. has exposed a lot of confidential and secret matters for the sake of getting "Aasheerbaad" of "big-dad" america. We have no option but to watch happening this.

I agree. rather we can say that we hv almost lost our national dignity. how come that a place( Pakistan's atomic plant) where even Prime Misinster hasnt got general access, a forigen minister from sates gets the previlige to visit.

Exactly mam...it is notable that the very same thing happened after 9/11. America took revenge of two towers by invading two countries. We after being the premiere ally of america in so-called "war against terrorism" compain still consider ourselves unprotected not from labled terrorist but america. Once we are deviated from our path, we will be treated with strict hands. Where does our govt. policies stand. No matter what benifits and compensations we are being awarded but it is for sure that we are gradually lossing our dignity and pride as a sovereign nation.

Almost each sensible Pakistani feels like this. U see when Daniel Pearl is murdered, media, governments, International Law and enforcement agencies have nothing but to pressurize the Pakistani govt to hang the culprits but when American troops open fire at Pakistani areas..nothing is considered to be serious. just because we have made ourselves like the slaves of Pharoah.
